"Norbert is a national treasure. We worked with him over the winter to replace our molded shower/tub in the small bath in our primary suite. We had made ourselves a bit of a puzzle after cutting in windows. I had some help from a friend who was a designer, but mostly had no clue what I was doing. Not only is Norbert’s craftsmanship exceptional, his design aesthetic and knowledge of function guided us through lots of decisions (who knew choosing grout could be so hard?).
