"Norbert is a national treasure. We worked with him over the winter to replace our molded shower/tub in the small bath in our primary suite. We had made ourselves a bit of a puzzle after cutting in windows. I had some help from a friend who was a designer, but mostly had no clue what I was doing. Not only is Norbert’s craftsmanship exceptional, his design aesthetic and knowledge of function guided us through lots of decisions (who knew choosing grout could be so hard?). We worked from home throughout the project, so we saw a lot of Norbert and he was pleasant to have in our home and also a great communicator (schedule changes, etc).
